I had my breast reduction surgery on the 25th September and couldn’t be happier with the results. This was something I’ve wanted all my adult life however this decision required a lot of thought and some research before I made any appointment. There was plenty of information online on the spire website. This also provided the consultants names and expertise in regards to the types of surgery they do including their background training etc. I made the decision to make an appointment to see Mr Holmes for a consultation. He was very informative but also reassured me I could make a further appointment if necessary before I made up my mind whether or not to go ahead with the surgery. Mr Holmes also advised me to see other consultants who provide this service before I made any decision. I felt at that stage Mr Holmes was the right person for me in terms of the surgery I wanted. Further appointments were then taken place for assessments and also a mammogram to ensure there were no health concerns prior to surgery. All of the staff involved though out my journey was so friendly but also very professional and offered reassurance as appropriate. The morning after my surgery, Mr Holmes arrived on the ward early morning to check how I was whilst checking the results of the operation. This approach was very reassuring. So.. in terms of the outcome of the breast reduction the results have exceeded my expectations. I have gone from a bra size of a G cup down to a D cup which was my desired choice. I feel both my posture and confidence has improved a lot. I don’t think I could recommend Mr Holmes enough. Thankyou

On 9th October 2023 I had surgery on my eyes, face and neck by Mr Will Holmes. I saw Mr Holmes at the start of the year due to pockets I had under my eyes I wasn’t happy with and throughout he has been fantastic . Starting with really helpful consultations and advice, lots of discussions about the procedure prior and amazing care and support during and after the surgery where he has stayed in contact answering any questions or concerns afterwards. My face looks brilliant even after just 6 weeks, I am so pleased and very grateful to Mr Holmes thankyou so much

I went to see Mr Holmes a year ago. I’d lost 3 stone in weight 7 years prior and was left with very little breasts. I had a consultation with Mr Holmes and decided to get breast implants, I’m very happy with my size. I was unsure on the size but was advised not to go too big as they wouldn’t suit my frame. I’m very happy with my result. Would highly recommend this surgeon.

After years of considering to have a breast reduction and speaking to a different surgeon about 6 years ago that didnt fill me with confident I put it to the back of my mind and thought that I had to just put up with what I had. NO not true...I heard about the delightful Mr Will Holmes through a friends daughter that had been to him and had the surgery done and she looked amazing. I booked my appointment to see him and he couldnt of been nicer. After my first consultation I felt like I had known him for years and he filled me with the confidence that I needed, that is the feeling he gives you. He talked me through the procedure and was totally honest about everything and agreed with me that I would benefit from it. I booked in right away to get things started, I didnt need to go home and think about it I had made my mind up there and then. The surgery day came and I wasnt nervous one little bit my husband was more nervous than me, even my blood pressure didnt alter and that is very unusally for me as it goes up going to the dentist....so I must of been relaxed. I am delighted with my results and feel great with my new look. The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish he is a great surgeon and has a great team behind him. I would also like to say a hugh thank you to Rama the Anesthetist. I would highly recommend Mr Holmes and the Spire Hosiptal in Methley to anyone, nothing was to much trouble and they were always at the end of the phone if needed. I wish I had heard about Mr Holmes years ago. Thank you.

I we went to see Mr Holmes regarding pleating in my neck and from the side view it looked really awful. Mr Holmes explained in great detail on how to make the pleats disappear and I felt totally at ease with Mr Holmes from first seeing him until completion of surgery. I am more than happy with the the final results and cannot believe how good the surgery has turned out. I would recommend Mr Holmes to anyone Private Patient
